The Plant-Based DFW podcast was named after our organization here in Dallas, Texas. You will hear interviews with physicians, health coaches, registered dietitians, chefs, and other experts who speak on the benefits of plant-based nutrition, exercise as medicine, stress management, yoga, & meditation. You will also hear testimonies of people who have seen improvements in their health as a result of adopting a whole food plant-based diet.
